What you need
- A WordPress site with WooCommerce
- The Scantix plugin (and a valid license from your vendor)
- HTTPS enabled on your site
Get set up
- Install & activate the Scantix plugin.
- Connect your license under Scantix → Settings using the details your vendor provides.
- Enable tickets on a product — edit a WooCommerce product and turn on QR / ticket features.
- Sell as usual — when an order is Processing or Completed, each ticket item gets a unique QR code emailed to the buyer.
At the event
- Staff log in on a phone or tablet and scan each guest’s QR code.
- Scantix checks the ticket live on the server — valid, already used, or invalid.
- Track check-ins and history from the Scantix dashboard.
